Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise (SITE)

Contract establishes an acquisition framework for delivering Information Technology services & capabilities that will support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and C2 assets vital to the security of the United States. SITE, an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, will provide receptive, adaptive and timely solutions for organizations to satisfy current and future information technology requirements. Support requirements range from per call and on-call to full-time attendant support at sites around the world, including locations considered high-risk, crisis/danger areas.

ENCORE II

Encore II has an estimated value of $12.2 billion for a 10-year period. ISIS is on the AMERICAN SYSTEMS team. This Encore II contract provides technical solutions for the Department of Defense (DoD) in support of its migration to an integrated and interoperable Global Information Grid (GIG), as well as other Federal agencies having similar Information Technology migration and integration needs. The Encore II contract offers numerous benefits to Government customers including the following: small administrative fee (1% or 2%, streamlined procurement (less than 60 days), multiple contract types, proposal structure is deterministic and the end-customer is the ultimate decision maker.
Features of the ENCORE II Contract:
  • IDIQ contract with Time & Material, Labor Hours, Firm Fixed Price and Cost Reimbursement type task or delivery orders.
  • Open to Military Services, the Department of Defense (DoD) and the entire Federal Government.

R23G

The U.S. Army Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM) for Rapid Response 3rd Generation program, R23G, is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with Cost Reimbursement (CR), Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) and limited Time and Materials (T&M) task orders. This contract vehicle will continue to provide valuable support to DOD and other federal agencies with the following technical task areas: Research and Development; Technology Insertion, Systems Integration and Systems Engineering; Software Engineering; Software Quality Assurance; Modeling & Simulation; Software/Firmware Installation; Hardware; Test & Evaluation; Certification, and Studies & Analysis (other than R&D).

CIOSP2

Contracts provide Information Technology (IT) systems and services necessary to support the Chief Information Officer (CIO) requirements for IT solutions within the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and other Government agencies.

Alliant SB GWAC

Contract is a competitive multiple award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) set-aside small business contract. It is designed to provide worldwide information technology solutions to federal agencies while strengthening opportunities in federal contracting for small businesses.

ITES-2H

Contract will be the primary vehicle for the Army to purchase hardware and fully supports the Army enterprise infrastructure needs with IT solutions for server, storage and network environments as well as related integration and maintenance services.

TES-2S

Contract is specifically designed to support the Army’s enterprise infrastructure goals with Information Technology (IT) services and solutions worldwide by providing easy access to the full range of innovative, state-of-the-market IT solutions at a reasonable price.

CIO - SP3 - Chief Information Officer Solutions and Partners 3

  • SOW - The Department of Health and Human Services, National Institute of Health (NIH), has a continuing requirement to provide on-going information technology (IT) integration and outsourcing support services through a combination of the Chief Information Officer Solutions and Partners (CIOSP) and Image World (IW) programs.

SMI - Sagittarius Mining Inc.

  • Prime Contract
  • SOW - ISIS Programs will meet its requirements for providing security awareness training to its security officers and employees in a manner consistent with its mission of protecting the company's personnel and physical assets against malicious attacks, terroristic activity and corporate espionage. SMI will benefit from the ISIS Programs, as well as ISIS' significant experience in providing security solutions, as they strive to create a more security-informed workforce and a safer workplace.

USPS / OIG - USPS Office of Inspector General

  • Prime Contract
  • SOW - The OIG is an independent federal law enforcement agency within the U.S. Postal Service. Its mission is to conduct and supervise objective and independent audits, reviews and investigations relating to Postal Service programs and operations; to promote economy, efficiency and effectiveness within the Postal Service, and to keep the Postal Service Governors, Postal Service management and Congress informed of problems, deficiencies and corresponding corrective actions.

ENCORE II - Information Technology

  • SOW - The ENCORE II contracts provide IT solutions for activities throughout all operating levels of all customer organizations in support of all functional requirements, including command and control (C2), intelligence and mission support areas, and to all elements of the Global Information Grid (GIG).

ITS/SB (SNVC)

  • SOW - The scope of ITS-SB is broad, sufficiently flexible to satisfy requirements that may change over the period of performance, and fully comprehensive so as to embrace the full complement of services that relate to IT. ITS-SB encompasses certain core competencies of the IT market and is being considered a small business augmentation to the ITES contracts within specific task areas.

DIA/SITE (LM): Opted in for AF JWICS Enterprise Support - LM passed on it.

  • SOW - Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise (SITE) contract establishes an acquisition framework for delivering Information Technology services & capabilities that will support the global intelligence Command and Control (C2) assets vital to the security of the United States.

OPTARRS II (CACI):

  • SOW - OPTARSS II is a master, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), multiple award task order contract. The contract is structured for maximum flexibility in providing for an expedited ordering process in order to satisfy the needs of operations customers throughout the U.S. Army and Department of Defense (DoD). Specific regulations, directives, standard operating procedures (SOPs), etc. are identified at the Task Order (TO) level.

R2-3G

  • SOW - R23G is a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that provides solutions in support of the U. S. Army Communications-Electronics Command's (CECOM) C4ISR mission. The CECOM Rapid Response Project Office is chartered by the Deputy to the Commanding General, Communications-Electronics Command, to execute a unique, competitive and streamlined business process that will allow federal government managers to acquire contractor-provided services. The CR2 Project Office provides a unique support service that will aid all federal government managers in rapidly executing their requirements as identified by their mission objectives. This support service goes above and beyond the services that are normally available at federal agencies.

ALLIANT

  • SOW - Alliant, GSA's premier enterprise GWAC, provides flexible access to customized IT solutions from a large, diverse pool of industry partners. With a $50 billion program ceiling and a five-year base period with one five-year option, Alliant allows for long-term planning of large-scale program requirements. Alliant Small Business features fixed-price, cost-reimbursement, labor-hour and time-and-materials task order types, which provide greater flexibility in procuring different types of IT products and services and in meeting mission requirements.

CJPS - Criminal Justice Program Services

  • SOW - The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (DOS-INL), is mandated to furnish assistance to countries and international organizations by strengthening foreign police and criminal justice systems with a wide array of support. These challenges include creating criminal justice structures where none previously existed, enhancing capabilities in countries or regions emerging from conflict, or restructuring existing criminal justice systems consistent with international democracies and rule of law. Program countries/areas include Afghanistan, Haiti, Iraq, Kosovo, Lebanon, Liberia, Sudan and the West Bank.

EAGLE II

  • SOW - The Department of Homeland Security's Office of Procurement Operations (OPO) has a requirement for Information Technology support services specifically designed for Small Businesses under the program name EAGLE II.

SSES NEXGEN

  • SOW - Provide life-cycle software products and services that enhance Army/Joint warfighting, business, management and support capabilities to assure that America's warfighters continue to own the decisive edge from the battlespace through the sustaining base. The work is being performed for CECOM's Software Engineering Center, which provides software and systems engineering support (SSES) for assigned mission-critical defense systems and associated programs throughout their life cycle. The SSES program will provide these services for development and maintenance of communications, command and control, intelligence, electronic warfare, sensors and avionics systems and other organizational IT systems.

WINTARA

  • Prime Contract
  • SOW - Provide site security, roving patrols and executive & logistics protection in Iraq.

Warfighter Focus (WFF)

  • SOW - Provide army intelligence course instructional and training development support to the 111th MI Brigade, United States Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICoE) at Ft. Huachuca, AZ.

FIRES IV & V - Fires Software Engineering Division Independent Verification and Validation

  • SOW - Support services are required to be provided to the Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM), Life Cycle Management Center (LCMC), Software Engineering Center (SEC), Command and Control Solutions Directorate (C2SD), Fires Software Engineering Division (FSED) organization for providing Program Management, Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V), Information Assurance (IA) Certification, Training Products Maintenance/Enhancement and Process Management as defined for the life of the fielded Fire Support systems.

GENESIS III - Engineering Support for Intelligence Systems (INSCOM)

  • SOW - The GENESIS III program provides engineering support for ground and aerial intelligence systems, including Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Electronic Intelligence (ELINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) systems.

ECP III – Entry Control Point Installation

  • SOW - Employ three Installer/Technicians to support U.S. CENTCOM for Entry Control Point (ECP) installation of vehicle/cargo higher-energy inspection systems, base defense operating center (BDOC) ECP services stations, and two-way audio/video kits.

JITC - Joint Interoperability Test Command

  • SOW - Provide Test & Evaluation Mission Support Services in Support of DISA and the Joint Interoperability Test Command.
